What are the responsibilities and job description for the Disc Golf Pro Shop Team Member position at Smugglers' Notch Resort?
We are seeking an individual to provide top-quality customer assistance and point of sale service to all guests visiting the Disc Golf Pro Shop and Outdoor Center.
Responsibilities include:

Operate cash registers, computer registration systems, and credit card machines to collect payments, book tee times, clinics and lessons, and to record necessary customer tracking information.
- Responsible for following all cash handling procedures and accounts for daily cash-ups.

Assists with inventory management, ordering, and general Pro Shop retail operations.

Assists with advertising and marketing projects; including social media updates and physical advertisement distribution.

Assists with educating new players to the sport, including but not limited to rules, disc types, how to throw, etc.

Is familiar with the layout of the resort and can use resort resources to provide information to guests.

Follows all state and federal regulations, including Vermont laws and regulations pertaining to the sale of alcoholic beverages. All Pro Shop Staff must attend a liquor training course once every two years, as required by law.
Salary : $14 - $18
