- Supervise ski instructors, support their teaching methods and assist with outstanding guest interactions.
- Oversee the daily operations of all Alpine programs, including instructor assignments
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental management, operations, and profitability.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and department directors to enhance the guest experience.
- Complete administrative tasks associated with time keeping and assignments as delegated.
