Your Opportunity as the Field Service Technician, Coffee Equipment- Orlando, FL Bring the comfort of a fresh cup of coffee to hard working health care workers, patients, hotel guests, and many more in the greater Orlando, Florida area. Leverage your technical ability and customer service skills to ensure local businesses have properly working coffee equipment so everyone can enjoy iconic brands like Folgers and Café Bustelo. Location: Orlando, Florida area Work Arrangements: Driving in a Company van within the Orlando Market and providing customer service through servicing and maintaining equipment. In this role you will: Lead the equipment service business for our customers in Orlando, FL area Obtain expert knowledge from our training teams to learn the ins and outs of coffee brewers and equipment. Provide best-in-class customer service to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. Perform service on equipment including proactive maintenance, installations, equipment removals, asset management, and emergency service requests. Manage equipment inventories including scheduled warehouse inventory checks and ordering parts as needed. Properly document procedures, including electronic invoices, customer names and contact information, reported quality issues and other related activities. Drive and maintain a company vehicle, fully equipped with parts, shelving and more to ensure you are comfortable and successful in your career! What we are looking for: Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Resides within 30-40 miles of Orlando, Florida Strong customer service skills Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to meet physical requirements of the job, including lifting up to 75 pounds and driving on a frequent basis Ability to work on-call hours at least once a month.
