Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Minneapolis, MN for a Hands-On Foreman/Project Manager. The Hands-On Foreman/Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating labor resources, procurement, and quality control. The role also requires hands-on work, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Daily tasks include supervising teams, managing project timelines, troubleshooting on-site issues, and liaising with clients and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Project Management, Coordination, and Scheduling skills
- Construction, Carpentry, and General Contracting experience
- Technical competency in Electronic Leak Detection and Building Envelope Monitoring systems
- Strong leadership, supervision, and team management abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong communication and client interaction skills
- Relevant certifications and a valid driver's license
