Responsibilities:
- Pick, Pack, and Ship orders for multiple clients
- Lead e-Commerce team; including organizing inventory and supplies, increase efficiency, motivate team members to meet and exceed goals
- Adhere to policies and procedures, while assessing effectiveness and efficiency
- Possess a professional style of communication
- Ability to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods of time in warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)
- High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Extensiv (3PL Central) Warehouse Management System preferred not required
- Experience with Small Parcel Shipping Systems (stamps.com, UPS.com, etc.)
- Experience with LTL, FTL and International shipping
- Experience with RF Scanners, laser label printers
- Highly detailed oriented and ability to count with accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Perform duties with extremely low error rate
- Ability to multitask and learn new tasks quickly
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
- Forklift Certification preferred, not required
