Job Skills / Requirements
Security Officer (Night Shift)
Location: Commerce, CA
Shift: 2nd and 3rd
Schedule: On Call | Open Availability
Pay: $19.06/hour
Requirements:
- Valid California Guard Card
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Job Summary:Seeking reliable Security Officers to observe, report, and maintain a safe and secure environment. This role involves routine patrols, monitoring site activity, and responding to incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of the facility
- Monitor and report suspicious activity and safety hazards
- Control access points and verify deliveries
- Complete daily activity and incident reports
- Enforce site rules, policies, and procedures
- Respond to emergencies and provide support as needed
- Monitor truck yard and prevent unauthorized access
Additional Duties:
- Inspect vehicles entering and exiting the property
- Identify and report security risks or unsafe conditions
- Provide professional customer service to staff and visitors
