We are seeking to add a few Journeyman Plumbers to join our team! You will conduct plumbing services and oversee project planning including pricing and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic, service, and installation of plumbing while ensuring that work is performed according to customer standards and relevant codes.
- Conduct service calls to diagnose and resolve plumbing concerns.
- Identify potential problems to prevent unexpected breakdowns or callbacks.
- Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures.
- Maintain and repair septic and commercial sewer systems.
- Prepare written work cost estimates for clients before work is conducted.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures, per company and clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in plumbing, maintenance, or another related field.
- Strong familiarity of plumbing codes and safety procedures, preferred.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be detail oriented and organized.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have active Journeyman Plumbing license.
