SMSI Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Sheet Metal Shop Foreman to lead daily operations at our Springfield, MO facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing shop production, coordinating fabrication workflows, and driving quality and efficiency across all sheet metal projects.

If you have strong experience in CNC equipment, HVAC duct fabrication, and team leadership, this is an opportunity to step into a key role where your expertise directly impacts project success and shop performance.
