Responsibilities:
- Performs general facility pressure washer cleaning
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, handle tools and equipment used for maintenance work.
- One (1) years of general facilities maintenance experience required.
- Ability to read and understand verbal and written directions.
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders, and be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Commitment to working safely and to standards required.
- Demonstrated ability to be self-directed, team orientated, work with minimum supervision and lead by example.
