SMS International Shore Operations U.S., Inc. is hiring Part-Time Cruise Guest Services Agents at Miami International Airport to welcome and assist cruise guests traveling to and from some of the world's leading cruise lines.
🌎 What You'll Do
Â
As a Cruise Guest Services Agent, you'll be one of the first points of contact for cruise guests arriving in Miami. You'll help make their experience smooth, organized, and welcoming by:
- Greeting and assisting arriving and departing cruise guests
- Providing friendly and professional meet-and-greet services
- Directing and escorting guests through the airport as needed
- Assisting guests with transportation coordination
- Providing information, directions, and general guest assistance
- Helping guests navigate airport and cruise-related services
- Working closely with cruise line representatives and the SMS team
- Supporting other guest service responsibilities as assigned

Position Details
Position: Part-Time Meet & Greet Agent
Location: Miami International Airport (MIA)
Work Setting: In-person
Pay: $16.00 – $16.50 per hour
Schedule: Flexible schedules available based on operational needs

WORK CONDITIONS/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS & TRAVEL:Â
· Position includes frequent standing, walking, lifting, pushing and pulling for up to 6 hour increments on average.Â
· Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, lift or carry.Â
· Position is exposed to indoor/outdoor work environment at pier/airport and terminal locations under varying weather conditions. Â
· Flexibility to work hours ranging from 5:00 am – 4:00 pm or until ships departures; may include weekdays, weekends and holidays.Â
