Production Control Planner

Position Summary
To ensure the preparation of the production and resource plans and execution to ensure efficient capacity utilization and the on-time delivery of customer demand. Manage forecasts, Capacity plans, yield rates, and work task times to maintain output commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Production scheduling arrangement and plan preparation, taking into account tester and manpower capacity and the readiness of material shortages and arrivals.
- Review and monitor material readiness and daily follow up with buyer team.
- IOS (Input, output, shipment) control and monitoring.
- Work order and rework order generation and monitoring.
- Interface and collaboration with customers for repair fulfillment.
- Communicate with the production department, CSR, and warehouse to solve issues impacting the production schedule.
- Review RO and MO closing status.
- Prepare manpower and material utilization reports and KPI measurements
- Prepare and publish output capacities based on tester utilization, test times, manpower, yield rates, and material inputs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in production planning, production control, master scheduling, materials control, shipment fulfillment.
- Knowledge and management of Microsoft Office (Excel is must), ERP systems SAP preferred.
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CIPS, or Six Sigma) is a plus.
