Job Summary

In this role, you will be working closely with a skilled carpenter on the job. This position is specifically designed to teach and help the qualified candidate enhance their skill set so that they can effectively install doors while learning various techniques in basic carpentry from start to finish. If you are a hard worker & eager to learn, then this may be the position for you! The pay for this position is weekly.

This is a 1099 position. We do not offer benefits, and we do not withhold local, state, or federal taxes. You will be responsible for this. You MUST have a reliable form of transportation to get to the job site daily.

We do conduct criminal background checks & drug testing. These are required checks prior to any offer.

Responsibilities and Duties

Working closely with the assigned carpenter

Gathering necessary tools/materials to complete the task as assigned

Measuring, cutting, and installing various materials as assigned

Cleaning the job site as needed & instructed

Keeping the job site & material organized so that it runs efficiently

Qualifications and Skills

Ability to work safely !

Ability to show up to work every day, on time, and as scheduled.

Ability to read a tape measure and transfer the measurement to the material.

Customer-friendly: must have the ability to add to, or solely provide a "customer first" atmosphere while in their homes, and on their property.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:

• Carpentry: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Salary : $18 - $20
