Responsibilities
- Conduct mold, asbestos and lead testing (pre- and post-remediation) at residential and commercial sites.
- Collect samples, perform visual inspections, and document findings with accuracy.
- Use our project software app to log data and generate reports and abatement protocols.
- Collaborate with clients, including restoration contractors and property managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Adhere to industry standards (e.g., IICRC, IAQ) and safety protocols.
Qualifications
Certifications Required:
- Mold inspection and assessment accreditation; lead inspector certification and lead risk assessor; indoor air quality certification, EPA asbestos inspector certification, EPA project designer certification.
Other Requirements:
- Property restoration experience/IICRC certification(s) in water, fire, or mold remediation.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency with computers or mobile apps for data entry and reporting.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Professional and client focused demeanor.
