Job Title: Hotel Night Auditor
As a Hotel Night Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes guests, manages front desk operations, and conducts essential night audits to maintain accurate financial records.
What you’ll do
- Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and any inquiries they may have.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations, occupancy rates, and financial performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues that arise during the night.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while adhering to safety and security protocols.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
Basic qualifications
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing time effectively.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles.
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus for enhancing guest relations.
- Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations in hotels.
