We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Guest Attendant to join our team. Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Execute custodial duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Provide exceptional hospitality by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Conduct floor care activities such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing to ensure all areas are well-maintained.
- Assist in housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or supply shortages to the appropriate departments.
- Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standards before check-in.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are organized and readily available for use.
Skills
- Proficiency in industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices.
- Strong background in hospitality with an emphasis on customer service.
- Knowledge of floor care procedures including carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance.
- Experience in housekeeping management is preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and thoroughly.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
