Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–4 years of professional experience in marketing, social media management, or e-commerce (sports, collectibles, or retail industry a plus)
- Experience managing business accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter)
- Prior experience with eBay or online marketplace listings preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace (required)
- Comfortable working in an open warehouse environment
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and execute marketing strategies across both online and offline platforms.
- Plan and schedule consistent and engaging content for all company social media accounts.
- Monitor social media performance and community engagement.
- Assist with lead generation through outbound follow-up calls and initial contact.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, redirecting as needed to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the company website.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, social platforms, and in a retail setting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Would also be responsible for uploading all batches/files to Ebay for listing inventory.
Compensation $20-$25/hr
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
