About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Account Executive to lead our sales function as we scale. This is a player-coach role: you'll carry your own book and own new business development across both our manufacturing and 3PL sides, while also helping shape sales strategy and mentor the rest of the team. If you love the chase, know how to build a pipeline from scratch, and want to grow with a company that values ownership and getting things done, we'd love to talk. This is a high-impact role with a lot of runway. Personal care contracts are long-cycle but high-value, and the right person will build a book that compounds for years. Our 3PL side moves faster and provides quicker commission opportunities along the way.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business through cold outbound, networking, and referrals
- Sell into emerging and established personal care, beauty, and CPG brands
- Sell our 3PL/fulfillment services to ecommerce and DTC brands
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Set sales strategy, targets, and process as we grow
- Mentor and support our existing sales and customer service team members
- Partner cross-functionally with production, operations, and fulfillment to scope deals accurately and set clients up for success
- Maintain a clean pipeline and accurate forecast
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in personal care, beauty, contract manufacturing, packaging, ingredients, or 3PL/logistics
- A proven hunter who has built pipeline from scratch
- Comfortable in a small-company environment where you'll wear multiple hats and help build the playbook
- Strong communicator who works well across multiple departments and with clients at every stage
- Self-directed, organized, and accountable to your own numbers
- Bonus: experience selling into beauty, skincare, haircare, or DTC ecommerce brands
Compensation
- Competitive base ($70,000 DOE)
- Commission on closed revenue (uncapped), with quicker payouts on 3PL deals and larger long-term upside on personal care contracts
