Position Summary:
The Graphic Designer will utilize their skills to create compelling labels and package design for nutraceutical products, including design of catalogs, flyers, various marketing materials.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain/update organized design assets, templates, and style guides, trade show material for in-house projects.
- Using Adobe Illustrator to create/follow standard supplement fact panels layout guidelines and incorporating to label design concepts for nutraceutical products. This involves working closely with our regulatory compliance team in, adhering to FDA guidelines.
- Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop to design product renderings and creating high-quality marketing digital assets for clients Amazon A Content listings.
- Reports to the Head of Marketing with updates and assistance on creation and refinement of brand identities, logos, packaging designs, and promotional materials.
- Assist with prepress tasks, including file preparation, color correction, and proofing, to ensure accurate and high-quality output for packaging
- Adapt quickly to feedback and make revisions accordingly to meet project deadlines.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design—ideally within the nutraceuticals, supplements, health & wellness, or CPG (consumer packaged goods) sectors.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
- Proven experience designing regulatory-compliant packaging and supplement facts panels.
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates static (packaging, labels, digital assets)
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to adapt designs based on feedback—while managing deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with eCommerce content (e.g., Amazon A ), digital campaigns, and brand storytelling.
Skills and Abilities:
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work is required.
- Excellent creative problem-solving skills/abilities
- Strong time management skill with attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively translate ideas into compelling visuals.
- Experience managing jobs in a project management application similar to basecamp.com and Mondays.com
- An understanding of print production, decoration methods and finishes is a plus.
- Willingness to learn.
Hours:
- Monday - Friday 8AM-4:30PM
Pay:
- $40k-$50k per year commensurate with experience
