Position Summary:

The Graphic Designer will utilize their skills to create compelling labels and package design for nutraceutical products, including design of catalogs, flyers, various marketing materials.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain/update organized design assets, templates, and style guides, trade show material for in-house projects.
  • Using Adobe Illustrator to create/follow standard supplement fact panels layout guidelines and incorporating to label design concepts for nutraceutical products. This involves working closely with our regulatory compliance team in, adhering to FDA guidelines.
  • Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop to design product renderings and creating high-quality marketing digital assets for clients Amazon A Content listings.
  • Reports to the Head of Marketing with updates and assistance on creation and refinement of brand identities, logos, packaging designs, and promotional materials.
  • Assist with prepress tasks, including file preparation, color correction, and proofing, to ensure accurate and high-quality output for packaging
  • Adapt quickly to feedback and make revisions accordingly to meet project deadlines.
  • Other tasks as assigned by management.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design—ideally within the nutraceuticals, supplements, health & wellness, or CPG (consumer packaged goods) sectors.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
  • Proven experience designing regulatory-compliant packaging and supplement facts panels.
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates static (packaging, labels, digital assets)
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to adapt designs based on feedback—while managing deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce content (e.g., Amazon A ), digital campaigns, and brand storytelling.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work is required.
  • Excellent creative problem-solving skills/abilities
  • Strong time management skill with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively translate ideas into compelling visuals.
  • Experience managing jobs in a project management application similar to basecamp.com and Mondays.com
  • An understanding of print production, decoration methods and finishes is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn.

Hours:

  • Monday - Friday 8AM-4:30PM

Pay:

  • $40k-$50k per year commensurate with experience
