Objective:
- To ensure the quality and availability of the goods, continuous production process by outsourcing purchased and unfinished parts in time.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working in the position in the automotive manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of Policy & Procedure
- Understanding of cross-functional activities (departments like quality assurance, accounting, controlling & production)
- SAP software experience preferred
- 5 Why knowledge (problem solving)
- 5S's good command
- Written Communication, English Language Communication Skills Health & Safety Systems
Responsibilities:
- Information sharing towards executives in case of disturbances
- Working according the work instructions of the supervisors
- Willingness to continuous extension of the knowledge about the workplace within the production
- Takeover the mentor function within the scope of training new employees
- Order picking of parts in the supermarket
- High due diligence at working on exterior parts in assembly and production
- Monitoring of customer requirements
- Assembly of interior door panel
- To review the production with special test equipment in respect to the accordance of the quality specifications
- Marking and stoppages of defective products and decisions regarding rework or scrap
- Take measures to correct errors by informing the responsible for the production
- Complete quality documentation according to the specifications
- Handling of common CAQ systems
- Training of employees regarding quality requirements and error notes
- Proper labeling of transport frames with transport labels
- Proper labeling of parts with bar code
- Ordering of transport labels with the Kanban system
- Documentation of rework and scrap parts
- Proper execution of the hole polishing process
- To enter the paint outcome in the BDE system
- Production supervision of the robot program optimization, first sample paintings, batch tests and documentation according to the customer requirements
- Focus analysis to reduce rework and implementation of preventive measures
- Contact person for paint suppliers
- To assess the process ability of the paint materials
- To develop and implement cost-covering measures
- To train and monitor the robot specialists regarding painting programs
