Paint Process Engineer
The ideal candidate should have the following attributes and/or skills:
- Degree in Engineering, Craftsman Electrician Certificate, Technical Electrical Specialization in Energy Systems
- 2 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably familiar with paint shop technology
- Painting technology
- PC knowledge: Win XP, Win 2000, MS Office
- Knowledge about robots (types: ABB IRB5402, IRB1400, TRAllfa, C5.3, C5.2, C5.1)
- Knowledge about SPS, visualization system
- Good English skills, Spanish desirable
Main Duties
- Setup, commissioning, and programming of:
- painting robots, handling robots
- application technology (ESTA and flame treatment facilities)
- the hole paint supply of the paint kitchen up to sprayers
- voltage block-systems
- programmable controller (type Siemens S5 & S7)
- visualization systems in the field of paintingSetup and programming of pigging systems
- To train and instruct technical personnel
- Optimization of the systems and facilities
- Support of implementing a more systematic way of maintenance
- Setup of a spare parts supply and warehousing\
- Support for external companies
- Preparation and implementation of training and instruction
