Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble smoothie and food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision
• Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and following food safety protocols
• Assist with smoothie and food handling, packaging, and delivery to ensure timely service during busy hours
• Support inventory management through proper food handling and stock replenishment
• Uphold sanitation regulations by adhering to health codes and safe food handling practices at all times

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
• Experience working in quick service or fast-food restaurants is advantageous but not mandatory
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work effectively during peak hours

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
