Shift Leader/Team Captain

Shift Leads serve as the Team Leader. They not only help guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle, but, also, provide guidance to Team members when franchisees/General Managers are not in the store.

Duties:

- Leading a 2 to 3 person team on a daily basis. Make sure checklist items are completed.

-Lead a team under pressure.

- Work well under pressure. There are peak busy times that you will have to work through.

- Have proper communication with management and fellow team members about various tasks.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service with a passion to help others
- Value Health and Wellness and being willing to prepare delicious and nutritious smoothies
- Enjoy being part of a team and creating a fun, yet focused work environment
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of our store
- Willingness to learn the health and wellness benefits of our products and powders
- Demonstrate time management skills and urgency to fulfill guest orders at peak hours
- Help create an atmosphere that keeps our guests wanting to come back for more

Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers

- Strong leadership qualities. Not afraid to correct team members.
- Basic understanding of math and cash handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently

-Able to attend training sessions, follow proper procedures for food prep, and complete daily check list task to ensure a clean and safe environment for all

-Possess ServSafe Food Safety Management training and/or be willing to get certified within 30 days of hire (Initial Exam covered by employer).
