Smoothie Collective Café is hiring friendly, dependable team members to welcome guests, take orders, and prepare smoothies, bowls, beverages, and café foods.
Great hospitality starts with the small things: a warm welcome, listening carefully, getting an order right, and keeping the café clean and inviting. You don’t need to know everything on day one. You do need to be willing to learn, take direction, and follow through.
What you’ll do
- Welcome guests, answer menu questions, and help them choose items that fit their preferences.
- Take accurate orders and process payments through our POS system.
- Prepare smoothies, bowls, beverages, and café items using established recipes and portions.
- Check orders for accuracy and presentation before handing them to guests.
- Keep counters, dining areas, equipment, and workstations clean and stocked.
- Follow food safety, cash-handling, and opening and closing procedures.
- Communicate clearly with teammates and support service during busy shifts.
- Complete cleaning, dishes, prep, and restocking as part of daily responsibilities.
