Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Execute residential painting projects when needed with attention to detail and quality.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and project updates.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.
- Familiarity with using an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
