What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners calling for service
- Answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, and confirm job details
- Build trust with customers through clear, friendly, and confident communication
- Coordinate with technicians to keep daily schedules efficient and on track
- Manage jobs, notes, and updates using ServiceTitan
- Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth, professional experience
- Stay composed and solutions-focused during busy days
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience as a CSR, dispatcher, or admin (home services experience is a strong plus)
- ServiceTitan experience is preferred, but not required if you’re tech-savvy and quick to learn
- Excellent phone presence and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift
- Team-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people
