Essential Job Functions

- Accurately follow and complete Batch Sheets and Pack-Out Sheets, ensuring proper documentation throughout the production process;
- Produce batches consistently and without error, in line with established procedures;
- Identify and report any discrepancies in batch sheets and suggest improvements in line with best practices;
- Operate equipment and machinery safely and effectively to complete batch production;
- Understand and adhere to procedures for handling flammable materials and hazardous substances;
- Participate in annual training and remain compliant with regulations related to hazardous waste handling (e.g., drum storage and transportation);
- Complete job tasks efficiently, timely and accurately according to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), job aids and based on job function;
- Maintain work area (e.g., materials, stock areas, desks, floors, shelves, counters, etc.) in a safe, clean, organized, and efficient manner;
- Must show up for work on time and be willing to work overtime as required.
- Demonstrate reliable attendance, limited lateness or call outs;
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work;
- Willingness to learn other jobs;
- Perform other job-related duties or responsibilities when requested or required whether or not specifically mentioned in job description;

- Familiarity with SAP (or ability to learn it quickly);
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy;
- Strong basic math skills;
- Ability to maintain high level of attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to strictly follow written procedures and safety guidelines;
- Understanding of standard operating procedures and workplace policies;
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly work area;
- Proficiency in operating a forklift (or willingness to become certified);
- Knowledge of raw materials, chemical handling, and packaging supplies;
- Ability to recognize and manage hazardous materials appropriately;
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and work independently;
- Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges;
- Competence in completing paperwork and reports accurately and legibly;
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems and software;
- Eagerness to learn and operate new equipment and processes.
