We are seeking a part-time, front desk receptionist for our busy facial and laser spa, Smooth Generation, located in Manhasset, Long Island.
Days & Hours:
Thurs. 9:45am - 6:00pm
Fri. 9:45am - 7:00pm
Sat. 8:45am - 5:00pm
Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, be neat and well-organized, reliable, and friendly personality. An interest in skin care is A
Job responsibilities include:
- Answer all calls.
- Greet clients upon arrival.
- Check-out clients for their services and skin care products.
- Schedule and confirming appointments.
- Manage skin care products inventory.
- Launder and fold sheets and towels.
- Maintaining a clean work environment at all times.
