What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dog Bather position at Smooches for Pooches?
In search of a part time seasonal dog bather/ grooming assistant for summer. Duties include bathing, drying,and brushing dogs of all breeds and sizes, cleaning, laundry, and assisting with handling of dogs. Prefer candidate with experience in animal handling/ bathing but would be willing to train the right person. Position will start out as part time Friday 9-7 and Saturday 10-5 but could move into more hours (Tuesday - Thursday) as schedule fills. Saturdays are MANDATORY, will not consider candidates who will not work Saturdays. Expected season would run from end of May/beginning of June through end of August with opportunity to return in December if desired. Candidate must have compassion and respect for dogs of all breeds and sizes.
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
