Pittsburgh area Real Estate firm has immediate openings for Client Relations Coordinators to assist with real estate related functions for a national client base. Primarily Remote position, however some days in office (~once per month) for meetings.
The role of the Client Relations Coordinator is to ensure that our clients are being provided with the best service available and to convey proper information between attorneys and clients. Your goal is to increase customer satisfaction by a quick turn time and accurate fulfillment of their requests.
Responsibilities:
• Receive and review information pertaining to residential real estate closings from title companies, and coordinating flow of information
• Data entry
• Professional communication via phone and email with clients and attorneys regarding issues that may arise
• Completion of quality issue forms
• Monitoring and responding to emails and voicemail in a timely manner
• Obtaining feedback from clients and reporting same to management
• Ownership of additional department projects as identified and assigned
Skills:
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organization skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office365 and Adobe products
• Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner in an office environment
• Ability to drive tasks through to completion with minimal supervision
• Team player who engages a consistently positive attitude with colleagues and managers
• Ability to summarize issues in a simple and concise manner
• Ability to work with continually shifting deadlines and time-sensitive requests
• Familiarity with real estate transactions and very basic understanding of real estate documentation, including deeds, mortgages, powers of attorney, affidavits, etc.
