RN Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll provide skilled nursing care while leading the clinical team to ensure the highest quality outcomes for our residents.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive resident assessments

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments

• Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams

• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs

• Maintain accurate electronic documentation

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) License

• Current CPR Certification (Preferred)

• Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills

• Strong leadership and communication abilities

• Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required

• New graduates are encouraged to apply!
