Smoky Mountain Deck Builders is seeking an experienced Trade Partner / Subcontractor crew to support outdoor living construction projects throughout the greater Knoxville area and surrounding counties.
This opportunity is not intended for the hire of one individual employee. We are looking for an established construction crew of three or more team members, led by an experienced crew lead who can manage day-to-day field execution, maintain quality standards, communicate clearly, and keep projects moving efficiently.
The ideal trade partner will have strong experience in outdoor living construction, including decks, docks, pergolas, screen rooms, sunrooms, roofing, and related exterior structures. This crew must be able to read plans thoroughly and accurately, build according to scope, follow safety and compliance standards, and consistently deliver clean, professional workmanship.
Trade partners must be able to provide proof of general liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance.
Compensation- Compensation is based on project scope, trade partner qualifications, and agreed-upon contract terms.
