We run a full walk-in humidor with premium cigars and accessories, plus legal THC products, vapes, hookah, pipes and tobacco, Zyn, and a general gift section. Our customers are mostly vacationers who want help picking something out, and they remember who helped them. We're a small team looking for one more person.
What you'll do
- Greet every customer and help them find what they're looking for — a first cigar, the right vape, a gift for someone back home
- Learn the humidor: what we carry, how it's stored, and how to recommend a cigar to someone who's never bought one
- Run the register, handle cash accurately, and close out at end of shift
- Check ID on every age-restricted sale — no exceptions. Tobacco, vape, and THC products are 21 in Tennessee and we follow the law every time
- Keep the store clean, stocked, and faced; help receive and price inventory
What we're looking for
- 21 or older (Tennessee requires a 21 employee on duty for tobacco and vape sales)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Available nights and weekends
- Reliable — this is a small team and your shift matters
- Comfortable talking to strangers all day and enjoy it
- Retail, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred
- Interest in cigars is a plus; we'll teach you the rest
- Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 30 lbs
Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
