What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vape Specialist/Cashier position at SMOKIN' WILLY'S?
We’re a fast-paced drive-thru smoke shop coffee spot looking for strong salespeople, not just cashiers.
If you can move fast, talk to customers, and confidently recommend products, you’ll do well here.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve customers quickly while building the ticket (upsell every order)
- Recommend vape/tobacco products with confidence
- Run register with speed and accuracy
- Keep store stocked, clean, and organized
- Stay sharp on products, pricing, and promotions
Requirements:
- 18
- 1 year customer-facing sales or cashier experience
- Comfortable suggestive selling every transaction
- Flexible schedule (nights & weekends)
- Able to stand 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Pass background check
