Barista / Cashier – Smokin' Willy's
18 | Full-Time & Part-Time | Flexible Hours, Nights & Weekends
Join Smokin' Willy's as a Barista/Cashier and help deliver top-quality coffee, food, and customer service in a fun, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and fresh/hot food
- Operate the cash register
- Stock and rotate tobacco products and cooler
- Assist with promotions and new product launches
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace (bathroom, trash, parking lot)
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Read The Customer Rules by Lee Cockerell
- 18 years old
- Flexible schedule, including nights & weekends
- 1 year Barista experience OR 1 year Cashier experience 6 months Barista experience
- Knowledge of tobacco products is a plus
- Able to stand 4 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Pass a pre-employment background check
