Smokin’ Jack’s BBQ is opening a bold, high-energy Eastside restaurant and bar, blending award-winning smoked meats, craft cocktails, and a trendy late-night vibe. We’re looking for skilled, reliable, and personality-driven bartenders who can help us create one of Milwaukee’s best new bar experiences.
Location: 2311 N. Murray Ave, Milwaukee
Hours: Nights and weekends required (open until 2 AM)
Compensation: Hourly Tips
Craft our signature cocktails and seasonal featured drinks
Provide fast, friendly, and memorable guest service
Manage a high-volume bar during peak hours
Upsell cocktails, bourbon flights, food items, and new smoked-meat specials
Keep the bar organized, clean, and fully stocked
Handle cash, POS, and third-party ordering when needed
Support the restaurant floor as required
Represent the Smokin’ Jack’s brand with energy and professionalism
Qualifications

1 year bartending experience (high-volume preferred)
Strong cocktail knowledge and ability to follow recipes
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, late-night environment
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Must be 18 with a valid bartender license (or able to obtain prior to starting)
