Instructor wanted for Teacher Training Program Hot Yoga

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Yoga Instructor to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in yoga practices and principles, with the ability to lead engaging classes that promote physical and mental well-being. This role requires a commitment to educating participants on body mechanics, anatomy, and the benefits of yoga, while also being open to integrating elements from other fitness disciplines such as Pilates and kickboxing.

Duties

• Lead group yoga classes for various skill levels, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Educate participants on proper techniques, body mechanics, and the principles of yoga practice.
• Design and implement effective class programs that cater to the needs of diverse groups.
• Incorporate elements from other fitness disciplines such as Pilates and kickboxing when appropriate.
• Maintain a safe space for all participants by monitoring their form and providing modifications as needed.
• Foster community engagement through workshops, events, or additional fitness offerings.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in yoga and group fitness to continuously enhance class offerings.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of yoga practices and philosophies.
• Experience in group fitness instruction, with an emphasis on creating engaging class environments.
• Ability to educate participants on anatomy knowledge related to yoga and overall body mechanics.
• Familiarity with program design tailored for different skill levels.
• Background in dance or other fitness disciplines is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire participants.
• A passion for health, wellness, and personal growth within the fitness industry.
