Role Description
We have a part-time and full-time on-site role for a Line Cook located in East Bethel, MN. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking all menu items according to Smokey's recipes and standards. Daily tasks include maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards, and working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals. The Line Cook will also assist in inventory management and maintaining equipment in good working condition. This position has the potential to grow into full time. Must be avaiable weekends & evenings.
Qualifications
- Cooking and food preparation skills in a commercial restuarant setting
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Experience in a similar restaurant or catering environment is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
