• Hit the road with the right partner. Bring your pre-existing team or let Smokey Point match you with a compatible teammate based on location, schedule, and lifestyle for a smooth, long-term fit.
• Team pay built to add up. Teams earn a base pay of 68-74CPM combined (34-37CPM per driver) for all miles on every load. Estimated annual earnings range from $100,000 to $130,000 per driver ($200,000 - $260,000 per team), depending on miles driven, route and experience.*
• Bonuses that add up. Sign-on bonus, layover pay, detention pay, and clean inspection incentives are available in addition to base pay to reward performance and time on the road. Bonus payouts are subject to qualifications.*
• Freight that rewards the skill. Haul unique flatbed freight that puts your experience to work.
• Modern trucks, road-ready comfort. Drive late-model Kenworth and Volvo trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators built for comfort and reliability on long hauls.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 1 year OTR experience OR 6 months flatbed experience
