Maintenance Technician - Per Diem

This role is currently per diem, with the opportunity to convert to full time as openings become available.

Your Work Matters How will you make a difference?

The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of tasks, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, test and inspections of physical plant equipment, preventive maintenance and various janitorial duties with minimal supervision.

Your Experience Matters What We’re Looking For

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred; two years of technical or trade school preferred.
• Licensure: Must have a valid driver's license.
• Experience: Must have experience in operating a variety of hand/power tools and equipment ensuring proper safety precautions. Must experience in the area of building maintenance and basic mechanical engineering. Experience with painting preferred.
• Additional Skill Requirements: Must have complete knowledge of physical plant within two weeks of hire.

Compensation

This is a per diem role and the expected compensation is $28 per hour. We’re eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our Maintenance Tech.
