Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Experience Coordinator to support daily operations across our three Smokey Mountain Trailer dealerships. While this position is based at our Watt Road Superstore, it plays a key role in supporting communication and coordination across all locations.
This role serves as the central hub of communication—handling incoming calls, assisting customers, and supporting our team with accurate data entry and coordination.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- $15.00 – $18.00 per hour, based on experience
- Two weeks paid vacation
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls across multiple locations
- Provide customers with accurate information on inventory, current promotions, and services
- Route inquiries to the appropriate sales, service, or parts team members
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the Watt Road Superstore
- Enter and maintain customer information in our CRM system (HubSpot)
- Translate customer conversations into accurate and actionable CRM entries
- Support lead tracking and ensure timely, detailed data entry
- Assist with light administrative tasks and overall office coordination
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong keyboarding and typing skills with high accuracy
- Ability to listen actively, gather key details, and accurately document information in real time
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and managing a high volume of calls
- Patient, personable, and professional—especially in fast-paced or high-demand situations
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to stay organized while shifting between customers, calls, and administrative tasks
- Clear communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable using computers and learning systems (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
