Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of barbecue dishes, including grilling, braising, poaching, and food production, following established recipes and standards
• Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, smokers, ovens, and food prep tools safely and efficiently
• Ensure all food handling and sanitation procedures are strictly followed to maintain food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and ensure all food safety sanitizing procedures are adhered to throughout the shif
• Collaborate with team members to achieve high-volume production goals while maintaining consistency and presentation excellence

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially with grilling or barbecue preparation
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques such as braising, poaching, and food handling best practices
• Demonstrated ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a high-volume setting
• Proven skills in knife handling, food production, and catering experience contribute to success in this role
• High-energy team player with excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
