Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Engage in outbound calling to potential clients, promoting products and services effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including data entry and follow-up actions.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer applications to manage client information and generate reports.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette while handling customer calls, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Experience
- Previous experience in Smoke Shop is must. (Minimum 1 year experience)
- Competitive base pay plus performance-based commission.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly in both English and other languages as applicable.
- Proficient computer skills with familiarity in data entry, Microsoft Office applications, and general office procedures.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation of customer interactions.
