Position Summary
This is a full-cycle, field sales role. You will prospect smoke shops in person, run demos, and close deals directly with owners.
You own the sale end-to-end:
- Prospect
- Present
- Close
- Hand off to installation and support
This role is for someone who wants territory ownership, real responsibility, and uncapped upside.
Compensation
Base Pay:
- $22/hour (full-time W2)
- Overtime opportunities
Commission & Bonuses:
- $30 for every qualified appointment that shows
- $300 for every deal you close that goes live and processes $1,500 in card volume
- $100 retention bonus per deal after 120 days
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000

Responsibilities
- Visit 20–30 smoke shops per day across Tucson
- Prospect and qualify smoke shop owners
- Run live demos and sales presentations
- Close new POS and processing accounts
- Manage deals from first conversation to go-live
- Log activity, pipeline, and notes in CRM
- Represent a premium, professional brand
What We Train You On
- How to sell the best smoke shop POS in the industry
- How to beat Clover, Square, and other retail POS systems
- Closing frameworks that work with smoke shop owners
- Territory execution and daily discipline
- CRM, pipeline, and deal management
POS or merchant services experience is a plus, but not required. Full training provided.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Confident closer comfortable speaking with business owners
- Comfortable walking into businesses daily
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable
- Sales, retail, or smoke shop experience preferred but not required
