Smoke Nation is looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized Retail Sales Associate & Inventory Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product selection.
- Learn our products, including smoking accessories, vape products, cigars, CBD, and other specialty retail items.
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Verify customer identification and comply with all age verification regulations.
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory while maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Assist with merchandising, pricing, and store displays.
- Work as part of a team to create a welcoming shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Retail, cashier, or customer service experience preferred.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn about our products.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
