We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling cash transactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service

- Process cash transactions accurately using a cash register

- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues as needed

- Promote sales by offering additional products or services

- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as necessary

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service

- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions

- Organizational skills to maintain an orderly checkout area

- Bilingual skills (English and [LANGUAGE]) are a plus for assisting diverse customers

- Experience in jewelry sales, electronics sales, or wireless sales is preferred
