We’re looking for a Digital Marketer who can blend creativity, data, and commerce to drive growth across our D2C eCommerce channels while authentically representing the cigar lifestyle.
You’ll work closely with an experienced in-house team of designers, copywriters, and strategists—owning execution and optimization across email, affiliate, re-marketing, SEO, and analytics.
What You’ll Do
• Drive high-performing digital marketing campaigns rooted in brand and culture
• Build and optimize email campaigns and automated journeys in Mailchimp
• Manage affiliate programs and partner networks
• Develop re-marketing strategies to increase repeat purchases
• Support pricing, promotions, and product launches
• Analyze performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and Power BI
• Improve SEO and optimize the customer experience across digital touchpoints
What We’re Looking For
• 2–4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in D2C eCommerce
• Strong Mailchimp expertise (campaigns, automation, segmentation)
• Experience managing affiliate networks
• Knowledge of re-marketing tools, SEO, pricing strategies, and customer journey optimization
• Analytical, collaborative, and performance-driven mindset
• Genuine interest in the premium cigar lifestyle

Pay Range: $70,000 – $90,000
