We're looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who is interested in long-term employment and wants to grow with our company. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service.
- Answer customer questions and recommend products based on their needs.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of vape, smoke, and related products.
- Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
- Receive and stock inventory as needed.
- Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Help create a positive and welcoming shopping experience for every customer.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a vape or smoke shop (required).
- Looking for candidates who are seeking long-term employment and are committed to growing with our company.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
