As a Retail Associate, you'll greet customers, answer questions, provide product information, assist with purchases, and help maintain an organized and inviting store environment. No extensive retail experience is required—we provide training to help you succeed.
Retail Associate Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and create a friendly, positive shopping experience.
- Learn about our home improvement products and confidently answer customer questions.
- Help customers find products that match their needs and provide helpful recommendations.
- Assist with purchases and ensure transactions are completed accurately.
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and keep the retail space clean and well-stocked.
- Support daily store operations, including restocking shelves and organizing inventory as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent customer service.
- Stay informed about current promotions, featured products, and store initiatives.
Retail Associate Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for helping customers.
- Willingness to learn about products and retail operations.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work well independently or as part of a team.
