Administrative Assistant (Front Desk/Reception)
Location: Wellesley, MA
Status: Contract | 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary front desk and telephone receptionist for the clinic.
- Greet patients, check them in/out, verify insurance, and update demographic information.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handle inquiries, and route calls appropriately.
- Schedule appointments, manage provider calendars, and process patient messages.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EPIC EMR.
- Provide professional, courteous customer service to patients, families, and staff.
Required Qualifications
- EPIC experience (required).
- Front desk/reception experience required.
- Experience answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must reside within 30 minutes of the Wellesley clinic.
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
