The IT Analyst supports enterprise mobile operations by managing the full mobile device lifecycle, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, and providing technical expertise across platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Apple Configurator. This role is essential for maintaining a secure and efficient mobile environment and delivering high-quality support for corporate mobility initiatives, including executive-level users.
Key Responsibilities Device Management & Enrollment Configure, enroll, and manage mobile devices using Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Apple Configurator.
Support declarative device management and assist with iOS update pilots.
Execute device release workflows in Apple Business Manager to maintain compliance and accuracy.
Monitor and remediate non-compliant devices per corporate policy via Intune.
Conduct mobile asset audits, including IMEI verification and risk assessments.
Manage lost/stolen device procedures, ensuring proper documentation and security actions.
Provide high-level, customer-focused mobile support to senior and executive leadership.
Ensure executive devices are fully configured, secure, and functioning without interruption.
Manage escalated or time-sensitive mobility needs with professionalism and urgency.
Participate in enterprise-wide mobile upgrade initiatives and programs.
Support device shipment coordination, ownership tracking, and documentation processes.
Contribute to mobile-related operational and technical projects.
Review and route ServiceNow mobile-related catalog requests and incident tickets.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting on mobile device compliance and inventory trends.
Provide guidance on mobile security tools, MFA activation, and secure device practices.
Stay current with Microsoft Intune and Apple platform updates; assist with team training.
Offer recommendations for improving mobile management processes and security posture.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Apple Configurator.
Experience conducting compliance audits and mobile risk assessments.
Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticket routing and asset management.
Excellent troubleshooting skills across iOS and enterprise mobility platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional executive-level support.
Certifications preferred but not required:
Microsoft Mobility & Security
Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
Apple Device Management or ACMT (Apple Certified Mac Technician)
Additional Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting executive leadership in a corporate environment.
Knowledge of enterprise mobile security best practices and compliance frameworks.
Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with mobile app deployment, VPN tools (e.g., GlobalProtect), and advanced troubleshooting for iOS.
